lump on finger

I broke my finger about five years ago - it was an accident at work. I work in construction and these things happen. The finger healed in a bad way though, and I still have this horrible looking lump where the bone healed. Is there anything I can do about this?

lump on lip piercing

I have had a lip piercing for the past two years and I have been very happy with it. It healed with no problems initially and it does look great! Now, a small lump has started to form on the outer part of the piercing, and it is kind of painful as well. What do you recommend I do about this?
