I recently got a water bump on my thigh it was just one and I Burst it but then it started to spread on the back of my thigh and underneath my butt... the ones under my butt and on my thigh are very painful.. what can this possibly be?

I have had a bump above my tailbone for a few months now. It is painful when I sit on it

I have had a bump above my tailbone for a few months now. I thought it was just form doing sit-ups or from sitting for prolonged amounts of time. It hasn't gone away and I am a little worried. It isn't painful unless I sit on it (i has to lean back a bit), and it looks kind of bruised.
