Wore Spanx underwear and they made the crease of my right thigh and groin area sore. When attempting to massage the soreness, I noticed a small lump under the skin in that same crease. It was sore for around three days. Now the soreness is gone, but the lump remains. I have an appointment scheduled for next week, but has anyone experienced this?
