Painful lump bottom of stomach, they are tender and feel like a bruise

I have just today been experiencing pain in the bottom of my stomach by my bikini line when I looked I have to two bumps,one either side , I am only 13 and scared it might be dangerous , they are tender and feel almost like a bruise , shall I go to the doctors or am I overreacting ?

A lump on my butt, in the inner left side on my butt cheek

Bumps on my lips that don’t act or feel like cold sores.
