So i think I have health anxiety. I have a none stop worry of getting cancer and it won't go away. Recently I have found 2 lumps about 2cm apart on the back of my neck just behind my ear. This sent me into a straight panic and I went to tell me parents. My mum and step dad both told me not to worry and that the lumps are just my glands reacting to hormones. I try to believe them but I just can't. The lump doesn't hurt and it is imobile which I know is a sign of a cancer lump. I'm honestly in a really tricky spot at the moment. Any thoughts?
