Hellow I used to have the same problem few years ago all my finger had the same growth and it was devastating, I hated it,I felt different and was scared to show my hands to anyone cause I knew the look they had in the faces. I had so many and they were infectious cause when my mum helped me reduce the size I infected her with one . it was a nighmare waking up with such unusual finger but then a friend of my mum adviced that I should used the milky substance of a certain tree , at first I found it to be a ridiculous idea but to due to desperation I had. I tried it the tree is called (euphorbia milii) am sure you can find it somewhere in the plants shops . then I used to pluck the leaves and a apply the milky substance on my fingers after I had reduced the size of the growth with a blade almost everyday. trust me it will work with time .It was all over like a dream after visiting clinics and getting untreatable medicine .
