Painless Hard Bump

Not so long time ago I have noticed I have one painless hard bump. It took place under my skin on the soft side of my arm. It is definitely under the skin, that much I can conclude looking this bump. pink spots on scrotum

they dont itch or anything, and its not a vd, but i have two kinda raw pink dots on my scrotum that are the same color as my regular skin color. my scrotum is pretty dark, but there are these little circles of light skin probably nothing, do you know if it could be a problem?

Strange bumps on legs after public sauna!!!

I use to go to sauna once or twice monthly. After my last visit, strange bumps appeared on my legs. It was public sauna, but looked very tidy and clear. Bumps are red, not painful and have about 3 cm in radius. They do not look very nice. Should I be concerned about this?
