I use to go to sauna once or twice monthly. After my last visit, strange bumps appeared on my legs. It was public sauna, but looked very tidy and clear. Bumps are red, not painful and have about 3 cm in radius. They do not look very nice. Should I be concerned about this?

If I were you I’d check it at my dermatologist. It probably can easily be cured with corticosteroid cream or antifungal, depending on the cause of bumps. So, I believe that it is most important to get the diagnosis and treat it properly. It could be worsened with wrong medications if you try with self medication. Public saunas are not safe as well.
