Painful bump on earlobe after having it pierced

red welt like round mark on my calf. .

It looks like a 2" round strawberry birthmark. I have tried anti fungal and steroid cream, (which worked at first but when I stopped applying it, the welt came back and now it doesnt work anymore) my chemist suggested varicose eczema. I am 56 and have no varicose veins.

Bumps on skin

A few days ago i got these bumps on my finger & now there getting bigger & im not sure what it is. Although this happened before but it was less bumps & the just went away & formed scars. they do hurt & make my finger look unusual lemme show u guys a pic
