i keep getting these large very painful pimples above my genitals in the pubis region, and it comes and goes in different spots, so the big ones come up they get pretty big hard around the point, and very painful, and the smaller ones are like little bumps that if i pick at it finally it will bleed...

itchy rash all over both shin bones and on forearms and finers..whiteraised bumps that turn red when scratched. I have another rare condition, effecting only 1 in 300k, where red postules turn to deep holes surrounded by a blue and violet ring..Crusty and itchy also. What is the new rash?
