dont know what it is but keep getting pimples in my pubic area

i keep getting these large very painful pimples above my genitals in the pubis region, and it comes and goes in different spots, so the big ones come up they get pretty big hard around the point, and very painful, and the smaller ones are like little bumps that if i pick at it finally it will bleed a little and slight pus, but the big ones pop when attempting the little ones dont, i dont know what is going on any help? also i dont shave down there just trip with a shaver the pop up part
