Woke up to rash and itchiness

Yesterday I woke up to an itchiness and rash. The rash is most obvious on the inside of my left wrist and on the right side of my stomach, mostly to the side and by the hip. It consists of a bunch of red dots, only very slightly raised if at all. The itching is on and off but the rash is constant....

I have recently noticed an annoying rash across both of my breasts. It itches bad and when I scartch it fells like when you scratch a sunburn! And it stings when I am in the tanning booth! I have tried lotion and it doesnt help!
