Anterior Cervical Discectomy with Fusion (ACDF) recovery

Answered by a doctor

Hello. I am having surgery on my c5/c6 and c6/c7. What is the reality of recovery? My doctor said that I would be back taking care of my kids (5, 4, and 10 months--he is 21 lbs) and on the treadmill in a couple days. I have read and heard otherwise. Thank you for any responses.
