I had lower back fusion about 5 years ago. Fusion of L4and5. I am now experiencing pain in my lower back on left side alter bending over, My right thigh goes numb when I am standing on my feet for short periods of time. Is it possible I have another disk that is pinched?

I have at ruptured T-7...and I am in some really bad pain...but every time I hold my arms up for anything..it gets worse. Now my arms and hands are tingling ...I turned to the side and it really got bad...could I have caused something else to happen?
