MRI c5-6

I recently accident when MRI showed herniated disk at C5-C6. Now the herniated disk is causing severe pain and on my second MRI, the doctor concluded that my disk was “hardening” and that there may not be “enough space” for the disk. What does it mean? Is that the source of my pain?

Having Chest pain

I've been having chest pain, most of the time it is twards my right sholder, and it goes all the way to my back, stight back, then I also get it in the middle of my chest. It also causes the rest of my body to ache sometimes, but it isn't all the time, just once and a while.
