Spinal Fusion , I feel like there is a needle in my sholder

Im 17 and had a spinal fusion when I was 15. It has been a little over two years since I had the surgury. I have pain in my right sholder. Sometimes I feel like there is a needle in my sholder and it hurts to move it in some ways. Does anyone have this too and know how it make it heal? Thanks
