I have been diagnosed with spinal fusion disability and have problems with my spine (DDD) more then 5 years (as a consequence of injury). I suffer from intractable low back pain, caused by DDD, so physical treatment and management with analgesics really doesn’t work for me.

Is ankylosing spondylitis treatable?

Hello, guys. My father has some serious trouble with his spine. His rheumatologist says that his condition is also known as ankylosing spondylitis. I would like to know whether this condition is treatable or not. What do you know about this? I would appreciate if anyone could tell me this. Thanks.
