I have had severe headaches for months now. I had my surgery on October 15th 2009. I still have weakness in my left shoulder, arm and numbness in my left hand. :-( I am 1 wk out from acdf c5/c6 surgery and was wandering if it is normal for me to feel as someone is crushing my windpipe when i bend over forward slightly at the hip? i am not bending my neck it is a horrible feeling.
