Has anybody had facet rhizotomy for pain in neck. Had surgery to remove bone spurs from 3-4 4-5 5-6. Not helping. Can't sleep well, laid on back and pain gos down arm. After surgery can't lift arm up in front but can to the side. Just started PT. kw
