well i got injured during a football game, and i and another player clashed head to head and well i guess i hurt my back, i went to the trainer and told her about it and she said that my muscles in my back are just tense. the next day i was sore as anyone would be after any game. so it got batter day by day. i didn't even go to the chiropractor. I was also in weight lifting class and we were maxing out at the end of December, and i tried squats and my upper back felt like it was going to pop, but i didn't so i got scared and didn't do them. then the day after that i tried it and well i did max out, and the day after that my back hurt so bad, and barely tomorrow I'm going to see the chiropractor. but what do you guys/gals think it could be that happened to me, because i also had a panic attack in mid October of 2007 and was SCARED of dying for a month or so, then it went away but i still feel paranoid and everything about my back and all that and my heart..=[ what should i do?!! this pain is getting aggravating and so is my fear on all that.... sorry for this being so long :?
