ACDF on C6 but no collar order? How will I sleep without one?

Hi, I'm scheduled for surgery May 9th for herniated disc of C6 with a one level Fusion. I am told I will not need to use a caller after surgery. But I'm worried about moving my neck while I'm sleeping. Do I need to worry about how I move my neck while I'm sleeping.

Good afternoon everyone, I was hit by a car in January, 2017 while crossing a street. End result, 5 herniated discs in my neck. C4-C7 are crushed and need to be surgically removed. (Recommended by spinal surgeon.) My chiropractor is against surgery, stating it will heal in time....
