Help! Did corisone make it worse?

Please Help I have in the past corisone shots in my foot for my neuroma. It was very succesfull :-D . Last week, I had another and the pain is worse than before I went in to see the Doc. Has anyone experienced this before? Tylenol and soaks help, but the pain comes back.

the backside of my pelvis has been hutring mildly for about a week now. but just recently at soccer practice it was hurting so badly that i was limping all the time. and whenever i am sitting on the ground for a long period of time or bending over it hurts badly to stand up. whats the problem??
