Throwing up every morning when I eat or drink someting

I'm 19 and I just recently started throwing up a few days ago every morning. I'll have nothing in my stomach but I still throw up and if I do eat something or drink something I throw it up. I also get very dizzy.

I feel like I need to eat after I already ate something. Then my stomach will start growling and i will eat and it will start growling again. Its like a consistent thing. any suggestions what may be wrong?

Need to vomit but can't

When i'm sick I always feel the need to vomit.I try to get it out but it never does, and when i'm about to get it out it doesn't, the toilet(bag) is empty. I'm not sure if i'm hallucinating, if it's my nerves, or something.  Any solutions?
