Been dealing with this since I was 16 years olds now 33..I dont put myself in any position to where I might get this feeling..when I was 16 I would eat "tums" as if it were candy and all I remember is ever since then ive had this nausia/wanting to vomit feeling..I constantly have to kno where the exit doors are just incase I cant handle the feeling and think im goint to puke..I try and test to see how far I can let the symptom go before I walk out of a meeting or interview or resturaunt ..I do that just to face my fear of vomiting in from of people ..I always sit by the door in work meetings .I cant sit in the middle of crowds because it enhances the wanting to vomit feeling..still dealing with it ..any tips anyone?
