Upper Stomach

I have had 3 c-sections with all my children. I'm 52 years old and I've have noticed that my upper stomach stays fat. My legs, arms butt, aND FACE ARE THIN, BUT MY STOMACH feels like it is swallon all the time. No matter waht I eat I feel bloated. What is causeing this, what can I ask my doctor?

46 year old with swollen stomach

I'm scared what is wrong with me?!

I can't sleep. I haven't gotten more than 10 hours or sleep all week. I'm shaky and spilled my coffee on me this morning from shaking so much. I can't eat because if I eat too much ill puke. Also I keep getting random pains all over my body that make me feel like I'm dying. Help?
