Weird stomach feeling and so much more.

For about two weeks now I've had this upset stomach feeling. I feel like I need to throw up but can't. I'm miserable all day. Also I have spotting and brown discharge. I don't know if the two are related but it has me worried. Any ideas on what it could be?
