After eating, between my hips up to my lower ribs swell/bloat

Im not to sure whats going on. Im a very healthy girl. Im 15 and I weigh 8 stone egsactly. But everytime after I have eaten a meal, between my hips and the lower area of my ribs bloats up or swells up. I asked my parents about it, and they both said thats just from where I am full and Im filled up....

I keep feeling shaking,dizziness,nausua,tiredness.my neck even hurt at one point i also had headaches i thought it could be my meds but my fiance is having the same similar symptoms. anyone having related issues? i have been having stomach pains as well bad ones. :cry:
