Day After Stomache Flu? Still Throw Up!

I had the stomach flu yesterday, and threw up twice. But couldn't throw up a third time even though I felt like it. This morning I felt a little better, and I had one piece of Corn Chex. Now I feel kinda Quesy. Should I still eat, or drink? It's been 24 hours since the last time I ate.
