pressure in the stomach when bending, diagnosed with sciatica nerve problem

When I bend my stomach gets bloated , i have no pain what so ever I have been to the ER twice and i was diagnosed with right sactica nerve problem , but why is my stomach bloating when i bend and why is it that i sometime feel a little pressure in my chest?

I’m 14 and like a few times a month at least I get like 2-3 days of having flu like symptoms... like I get REALLY bad stomach pains and Nausea along with vomiting and Diarrhea and I’ve been tested for being allergic to foods but nothing and like they can’t find anything wrong but clearly...
