Several months ago I noticed a small mass in my stomach, but didn't think much of it. The mass has grown quite a bit. I get chest discomfort, dizziness, headaches, and urination problems. Do you have an idea what is causing this, or what the mass could be associated with?

upper abs spasms due to excercise

I have been working out with a trainer for over a year. Sometimes when we do ab excercises I get severe spasms in my upper abs. I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia over 5 years ago. Could this be the cause? What are some good ab excercises to do that I could handle?
