Everytime I eat my stomach hurts. I'll eat a bite of something and feel nausea and feel like I hage to throw up. Especially with meats. My stomach gets really bloated as well and I'll get cramps.

I used to have them.  in my mid 20's,then by my  late 30's I was cleared.now at 53 and in perimenopause,and thyroid concerns,my stomach starts with flatulence,goes upwards making me feel flush,hot,palpitations.I eat gluten free,and follow a hypothyroid diet
