why have i gained so much fat so quickly?

I eat salads every day with cottage cheese. l slice of toast for breakfast with no butter or marg. occasional biscuit. occasional piece of choc or two. I walk a lot. I weigh 8st 13 lbs. How can I get rid of belly fat and busts healthily? please?

AM I too lightweight?

I'm 18 years old, about 5"6 and weigh 7 stone 5 is this too light? I've never thought of myself as ill, I rarely get sick, I don't eat much but I'm not aneorexic (sp) i just eat when I'm hungry. Is something wrong with me? Oh I'm male btw
