how do I remove sweat stains? Nothing works?

Hi, I have big troubles to remove sweat stains from clothes of my son. I have tried different detergents but effects were poor. Stains were smaller, some of theme disappeared but mainly I couldn't remove it. I hope someone knows how to do it and is ready to share it. Thanx.
