standing up, going dizzy?

when ever i stand up, i go really dizzy, my vision goes completely black and reappears a few seconds later leaving me with a really bad headache and the feeling of neausia, this happens every time i stand up, i have told my mum and she says i'll be fine but im worried, can anyone help?
