i am a 13 year old girl, i am very athletic, involved in many sports, (hockey, baseball, basketball, ...) i am 5 3' and weigh 125lbs. i want to get decrease the size of my muscles, especially my legs. any tips?

If you are an athlete you won't be able to. Though I am not sure why you would want to. It is a part of being fit and active. It is a GOOD thing. if you are that desperate to get rid of muscle stop being an athlete and eat mcdonalds daily. But then you have obesity to deal with. Stick with the muscles kid.
