I\'m experiencing a skin peeling?

Every so often when I am wiping my vaginal area I notice bits of the skin just come off. They can't be more than a few centimeters big at a time, but I am so confused. I haven't talked to my mom because I don't know how to say it to her. And I always forget when I go to the doctor. Help please?
