My mom forces me 2 sleep when i'm not tired

im 13 yrs old and whenever im not tired my mom forces me to sleep. i find it so annoying even during weekends she tells me to go sleep early and i cant bc im not tired! some1 help she also gets mad at me if i dont go to sleep when she asks but i just am not tired! ugh
