When will I get armpit hair?

I'm a 14 yr old boy with no armpit hair. I know I have hit puberty, as I have a decent amount of pubic hair and a 5-5.5 inch penis. I'm just curious to when I will get armpit hair, my brother got some when he was 9. And my voice also hasn't really showed any signs of breaking.

okay, so I'm around about 5'6" but I'm 13 so I will be taller, my dad is like 6'1" or something and I'm just taller than my mum, I don't want to be tall like my dad because I just don't want to be tall. I have my personal reasons so please don't ask.
