Hi, i am 13 and i have underarm hair, couple of years back i asked my mum about shaving, she said no because i was too young. Early this year i asked her again because i had a swimming party, she said i will be fine so this is the 2 time she said no, i was so sad and embarrassed. Today i asked her again cause i have swimming in pe soon and no body else have any hair but...SHE REJECTED ME FOR THE THIRD TIME. i am so tired of asking her and get rejected, i tried multiple times to bring up the topic and nothing works. I am so self conscious.  i don't know what to do, i don't want to do anything behind her back either. Its been 3 years i haven't live life to the fullest. Any advice?
