Hi I'm a 13 year old boy, I don't know if I'm hitting puberty, my voice hasn't deepened and I have no pubes, I have really hairy arms but leg hair is just the normal, I could never ejeculate and now I can, it only drips though, does this mean I'm hitting puberty?
