it feels like the vas deferens on one testicle is clumped in a knot several months after vasectomy

I had a vasectomy roughly 7-8 months ago. The incision hurt when touched for like 4 months. Now it feels like the vas deferen on one testicle is clumped in a knot and becomes very sore when I try to separate it. During the day it’s fine. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I️ do.
