im a 27 year old male and ever since i was about 17, i had played sports and sweat alot in my crotch area. it started itching wuite a bit, so naturally i scratched my scrotum using the "pinch and roll" technique.. anyways, it took a toll on my scrotum and almost looks as if the skin has lost its pigment. because of this i am embarrased of how it looks and has brought a absolute hault to my sex life. is there a cream or over the counter stuff out there to make my scrotum look like normal?? thanks!

Dude! I have you EXACT same issue! I have searched this topic before with no results. I am 32 and I am so self concious about my white scrotum skin that my sex life has come to a screeching halt. My family asks me if im seeing anyone and i have to tell them no everytime. When the situation arises with a beautiful woman, I am so deathly afraid of what she might think or say it prevents me from acheiving a full erection due to the pschological situation in my head. I have tried those no sun tanning lotions but the skin appears to be almost "scarred" and the tan wont take. We should talk. We can get this figured out i hope. I thought i was the only one!

You may have scrotal pruritus. Try washing twice a day with anti fungal soap, like Defense.
