What are the treatment options for epididymitis, beside antibiotics

My left testicle is painful and swelling. I went to a doctor last week and he told me it's epididymitis. I don't want to take antibiotics for the side effects make me scared. Is anybody here know a way to cure it?

can a scrotum transplant be done? my husband's scrotum was removed due to fournier's gangrene

My husband suffered from fourniers gangrene this year. The entire scrotum was removed. His testicles were relocated to the inside of his thighs. I'm a nurse and that confuses me....
