My left groin has a dull pain right on the left base of my scrotum

Its a dull pain on the left side of my scrotum on the base on that muscle or whatever it is there. I don't have insurance so I'm trying to do anything I can to figure out what the deal is with it. It just comes and goes every 3-5 minutes and only last for about 3 seconds. Please help
