Hello i am fairly new to this site and have been to many other sites with the same questions but none of the other communities are here to help me. This is basically a "common" skin condition which i disagree with the term "common" as i know nobody who has heard of them/had them. For the past 2 years i have been experiencing what's known as a sebaeceous cyst but unfortunaately they are in a very unslightly and awkward place which is my scrotum, they are basically white lumps that are very hard and more than a pea size, more of a bean size condiering they have grown over the years, i used to shave a lot down there and i found this helped but it brung on symptoms of pain and discomfort and now i refuse to shave my scrotum and anywhere else because i believe it's masculine. The point is im a very athletic person, i do parkour and free running and the cysts cause lots of discomfort as well as excessive sweating and occasionally it can catch on a hair or my underwear which is uncomfortable. It also releases a very musky smell, like a bit worse than a normal manly pheramone, it's more of a smell of semen, i wash every day in the shower using mild dove soap and don't over wash it. I am a virgin and do not wish to have a girlfriend yet and im also 19 years old but do not wish to start a relatioinship until i am at least 25. I have been to doctors, specialists and uroligists and they all say the same thing ''there is nothing we can do''. which makes me feel angry and suicidal because of it and worry it will affect my future sex life. From my understanding this website focuses on health topics and in depth problems people encounter in there lives therefore i thought that i would post this topic up and hopefully get some detailed answers of how to get rid of the cysts as doctors will not help me, i would consider getting a private doctor but im broke and have no money. Some days i wake up and i feel suicidal and brings on feelings of anxiety and depression. Most days i am never a normal person because the things the cysts do to me is awful, i would love to hear more than 1 answer but for this good vast community on here to give me some advice on how to handle or get rid of the cysts, as i mentioned they are more than a size of a pea and i just want them to be gone for good, i don't know if it was caused by shaving but a lot of guys shave and don't have the problems i have and i feel like a freak and some days wish i wasn't born. Can the whole of studyhealth community get together to help a depressed individual like me? ive heard heat pads get rid of them, to be quite honest i had a look at some surgery videos online and they looked awful, i want natural home remedies etc. Please don't ignore!
