I'm 60 and recently noticed that during orgasm I get this very intense sensation on either side of my penis during orgasm.  The only "objects" I could find on anatomy charts in those areas are the cowpers glands, so I'm assuming that's where the sensation is coming from.  It's not entirely unpleasant, but very intense - almost more so than the orgasm itself.

Would anyone know what's going on here, or if this is a serious condition or just another aspect of "getting older"?  Thanks!
