I have same dry skin on my scrotum sack. ...and pimples all over the penis with some pus and some with water probably ...it's very much embracing. ...it's not itchy aur any red marks over it.plz help me.how to remove it from penis

I have been texts that I have chlamydia and for some time I noticed that I have reduction in the number of sperm I ejeculate after i mastibate or after sexual activity . Though I am still treating chlamydia , can this be the case ? What do I need to do to make it normal again ?
