I have a really really itchy red scrotum (balls) it also feels like little insects are biting them also it looks like little clear liquid on them but also dry at the same time and if I touch them it really burns my inner thigh/groin also is itchy it's been about a week now and I've had the same sexual partner for about six months it itches like HELL and I feel really embarrassed to get a check up please help with any advice Please

It could be pubic lice, crabs. Do you see anything? You might need a magnifying glass.
See your doctor if it continues. No need to be embarrassed. Doctors have seen it all before.
