Hernia operation, now my testicles are swollen. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had a hernia operation - with mesh- in Sept of 2012.  Testicles were swollen and painful right after the operation.  The right one is still swollen and painful and mesh is sticking in my side when I move or turn a certain way.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I have noticed several bumps around my testicle some are connected but others are just there. There are several and they are large ( as big as my testicle). I don't know what it is. Also I have tried to shine a light through them and the light doesn't go through. They are in my left testicle

Hello. I am here because I frequently see black dots in my sperm when I masturbate. I have read that brown/black dots are caused by bleeding in the testicles(?). The black dots are very few in number (~5) and only appear when I masturbate usually more than 1 time a day.
