I have noticed several bumps around my testicle some are connected but others are just there. There are several and they are large ( as big as my testicle). I don't know what it is. Also I have tried to shine a light through them and the light doesn't go through. They are in my left testicle

If these just started forming you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. If the mass is as large as the testicle I would tend to think this is abnormal and potentially serious but only a doctor can determine that for you.
The doctor will examine the lumps and from what you’ve described he will most likely want to perform an ultrasound to look for tumors and rule out testicular cancer. Don’t put this off – testicular cancer can be treated and preserve your fertility but early detection is key.
